"Chef Olive gets my highest rating. She arrived early, was fun and personable to work with and cooked a delicious meal for 11. She was flexible and on spotting my charcoal BBQ, decided to use it to cook the chicken in the entree, which made it even more tasty. I hadn't hired any wait staff, so I helped her with service and clean up at the table, but she told me she can bring other helpers as needed. She explained every dish to my guests and they enjoyed meeting her. Her clear enjoyment of her work added to the fun atmosphere at my event."
