"My book club recently read in The Shadow of the Banyon, a book set in Cambodia. Our hostess decided to have Olive Huang of Cooking Dolls prepare an authentic Cambodian meal for our meeting. Olive was charming and professional and very knowledgeable about the flavor profiles and traditional preparations of Cambodian cuisine. Her three course meal was absolutely delicious.
